		<description>WalkScore is great!  I hadn't seen that before.  Luckily my neighborhood received a 100 out of 100.  I would agree with that.  The upper east side is very walkable.  Good luck with the move.  I will be out of town all next week but will be around this weekend and next if you need any help.</description>
