		<description>IANAL, but it's not about the mechanism of "copying" when determining what is and is not fair use -- there are a series of factors (the law is far from drawing clear bright lines on the matter) to be considered that are more about the nature of your use of the material (for instance, whether your use is commercial, how much of it you use, and what impact the use has on the market for the work, etc.).</description>
