Etsy hosted a night of digital music hardware hacking. People hacked together some beautiful (and some cacophonous) instruments using both common items (computers and keyboards) and less common items (an iron w/ ironing board, black slime, rubber glove w/ tinfoil).

It’s really cool how Etsy Labs is fostering creative expression. It’s an artistic forum, a collaborative workplace, a soapbox for edge artisans… and a skatepark! Ok, enough ranting praise.
