		<description>I do not really see how this is "payola."  Apple is acting as a smart company who is requesting additional material from labels and artists in order to promote their albums (with the possibility of exclusivity).  Many companies act this way including the large retailers of this world who want an exclusive for a period of time to carry a certain product.  If your organization [Apple] has the weight to throw around, why not?</description>
