I’m sorry about all the dead air on my blog recently. I’ve been busy with the Union Square Ventures annual meeting. But, the event ran smoothly last night, and now I can pay more attention to other things: like blogging!

So, on Halloween, this was, by far, the BEST costume of the night. This is my friend Brian Staver, and he works (I should say “worked,” past tense) at Amaranth, the hedge fund that just lost 6 billion dollars in a matter of weeks. So, he dressed up as a Texan natural gas tycoon for Halloween and wrote the Amaranth balance sheet on his chest. Totally awesome.
